Love Your Hair



Anna’s Tip: We all love our hair…well sometimes…but other times we just want to pull it out! We never really think about what we would literally do if we were without it! If you are experiencing hair loss, it may be a sign of hormonal imbalance or condition.  It is worth consulting your doctor to get a blood test to measure your TSH and Thyroid hormone levels (T3 & T4). In addition, the most important vitamins for hair loss are the B group…B6, Biotin, and Folic Acid for slowing hair loss and Pantothenic Acid and Niacin for promoting hair growth.
